Trex’s History: where & when
The story of Claudio Trezzani known as Trex begins on August 25, 1977.
I have always lived in Boffalora sopra Ticino, a small village between the waters of the Naviglio Grande and those of Ticino River. Halfway between Milano and Novara.

Trex’s work history was for almost 10 years in the place he had always dreamed of: a large bookstore.
I occupied myself with my great passions: books, technology and music. Unfortunately, life is not always as we dream it to be. Now I’m a receptionist.
I also worked as a clerk, telephone operator and hotel doorman.
Trex’s History: the writer
The history of Trex as a writer started a long time ago.
I wrote articles and music reviews for the magazine in high school and continued to do so after school. I was music editor for an independent magazine, Magazzini Inesistenti, where I dealt with country music, rock and blues.
I also collaborated with the local web magazine “Ticino Notizie”.
My mission is to introduce independent American artists from this side of the Ocean. Artists who play country, rock, folk and blues.
Thanks to these articles I have numerous american friendships, even with famous musicians.
Thanks to these experiences accumulated over the years, finally, after a long wait and a lot of experience as a self-published author, on 6th June 2024 thanks to the independent publishing house “Another Coffee Stories”, my novel will arrive in bookstores.
Trex’s History: his passions
Beyond writing, Trex’s story is animated by the second greatest passion: reading.
I devoured the books of Michael Connelly, Dan Brown and Daniel Silva. I love thrillers and thrillers, spies and intricate crimes, but I don’t disdain family and historical stories. I also read a lot of biographies and non-trivial sports stories.
Music, of course, is always there, in any moment of my life.
I love country, southern, blues and folk, but also a lot of rock. The rock of the golden years, that of Led Zeppelin, the Allman Brothers Band, Lynyrd Skynyrd and Jimi Hendrix.
As I said my mission is to try to expand the audience of independent artists who deserve success.
The 5 artists I consider fundamental to understand me are: Cody Jinks, Whiskey Myers, Shane Smith & the Saints, Steel Woods and Turnpike Troubadours.
Travel: I love discovering new cities and cultures and when I don’t I miss it a lot. I have travelled a lot to European cities: my favorite Madrid, Barcelona, Seville, Granada, Cordoba, Lisbon, Porto, Paris, London, Nottingham, Burgos, Salamanca, York, Edinburgh.
In the United States for now I have only visited New York and Washington DC.
